I need to keep better track of my workouts. I don’t think I hit my goals, and I seriously can not remember what I did.
I did run on Tuesday. I need to plug my Garmin in and take a look at the history but I think I was lacking in my mid-week runs.
And I did a weight workout at least once and sprinkled some yoga moves into various days, but nothing specific or planned out.
Saturday was a good 8 miles.
So new weekly goals:
TRACK MY WORKOUTS. I can’t improve what I’m not tracking…how many pushups? How many pull ups? Squats, planks, lunges, whatever. Running!
2 weight workouts
