Weekly Recap 7 weeks out! 3

This heat and humidity is killing me.  I am ready for fall!

I feel like I’m getting stronger.

Last week:

Monday – off

Tuesday – Strength and Tabata

Wednesday – 3.5 mile run, yoga

Thursday  - Tabata and yoga

Friday – off

Saturday – 9 hilly humid miles.

Sunday – didn’t get anything in.  :(

This weeks goals:

3 runs

2 strength

2 tabata

2 yoga

    It’s a short week, so I’m planning on two 3-4 mile runs, one 8.5 mile run, and lots of inner thigh work.
