Weekly Recap 6 weeks out! 1

Yikes!  6 weeks out.  I am more nervous because I need to be studying and taking a test for work.  It has to be taken before I leave!

It’s go time!

Not the best week last week.

Monday was 5 miles on Labor Day.  It was a little cooler and the humidity had lifted and it was a great run.  It was the longest I have run solo to date.

And then the rest of the week sucked.  Tuesday night I started feeling bad and was fighting off something the rest of week.  Aches and pains with a fever.  No fun.  Which takes us to…

Saturday – 8 miles.  Have I said I’m ready for cooler weather?  Come on Fall!  Saw some wild turkey’s on the trail.  We have GREAT trail systems in our area!

Sunday – little bit of yoga.  Have my little routine I do.   Just need to add a few more exercises to it.  I look them up online and then blank when I’m doing it.

    Pretty good week for you!

    This week is shaping up pretty well. I’m looking at about 9.5 miles on Friday or Saturday. Kind of scared.

    I do some light weights and yoga for cross training. Walking is my favorite non-running activity.
