Last weeks training:
Monday – RT: pushups, pullup, and kettlebell swings
Tuesday – 3 mile run
Thursday – 35 minute sprint treadmill session
Saturday – 8 mile run! Longest run to date! I was so pumped all day. I never thought I’d be running that far! I was a little tired, and one knee was a little sore, but overall pretty darn happy with how the running training is going!
I still would like to get in more resistance training and yoga/stretching in and have more of a structured program….but sometimes summer is not very conducive to structure.
A couple of weeks ago I got a notice that I am a new Sweat Pink Ambassador!!
