Sprints 2

I got up yesterday morning too!   My dog, Bailey, is loving it!

I even added some sprints to my run.  I did 4 sets, nothing strategic, just as fast as I could for as long as I could (which wasn’t very long), then I slowed down to recover and did it again.  My legs were already feeling it by the afternoon, but it was a great workout!  I want to add these at least once a week.

I did get up early today, but I didn’t run.  Fridays are off to prepare for my longer runs on Saturday.  Saturday will be 5 miles.

I need to take my new shoes back the store where I got them.  My toes feel like they are falling asleep about a mile in.  It might be as simple as changing the lacing pattern, or maybe I need to try a different pair of shoes….now it’s just finding the time in the next few days to do it.  Has anyone else had trouble finding the right shoes?

    Wow that was unusual. I just wrote an very long comment but
    after I clicked submit my comment didn’t show up. Grrrr… well I’m not
