Quick update

Where does the time go?

I think I left off with my last weekly update.

Since then I’ve still been getting little quick workouts in during the week in addition to my running.

I’m pretty solid at running 3 times a week and it works for me.  I have a pretty good background in strength training and know how important it is.  I want to make sure to make time for that too.  More on that later.

Saturdays long run was 12 miles!  12!  Woo hoo!  Actually, it was 12 something since I wasn’t paying attention and ran an extra loop.  :)  I am feeling ready for my half!

Tomorrow is an 8 mile training run and then Sheri and I are going to the Dirty Girl Mud run!  And then tailgating! Fun day for me!
