Quick post today. So, both of us have starting fasting.
I started in January and had some success. I started with 14 hours fasted and a 10 hour eating window. I stop between 6-7pm at night and then go until lunch. I’ve been a little derailed with the working from home and more access to food and other people eating and cooking. I’d like to stick to around 18 hours fasted but I feel like to really see progress I need to do more than that since I can make up at other times!
So today, I’m trying 20 hours.
I’m also interested in training fasted but this is all new. I did a Peloton ride over lunchtime and felt pretty good!
Books to read if interested in learning more: The Obesity Code by Dr. Fung (more into the science and detailed) and Delay, Don’t Deny by Gin Stephens (less technical, easy read).
