Yoga. I really like yoga. I like doing downward dog and cobra pose. I have a short little sequence that I like to do but I don’t do it often enough.

Yoga improves balance, strength, range of motion and flexibility. And I really need the flexibility. I’ve never been very flexible and it’s not getting any better as I get older. I could use some more balance and strength too!
There’s so many different kinds of yoga as well. Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, and Iyengar
I think this site has a good explanation of the different types.
I’d like to do more, but I don’t really know where to start. At this point in my life, I can’t really fit in going to the gym or going somewhere. With kids and other commitments, it’s just not feasible to attend classes.
Do you have any good sources for doing yoga at home? Dvd’s, online? What type do you like best? What benefits have you noticed?
