April Challenge 1

I’m not sure where this picture comes from, but I found it on pinterest and love it.  Sums up Team Knotheads!

Challenges:

For the month of April, I have decided to go grain free.  I am gluten-free most of the time, but I regularly eat rice, tortilla chips, popcorn and oatmeal.  I often feel stuffed up and bloated after eating popcorn but haven’t really tested it out.    It’s a bit more primal since I will still have dairy.

I’m also going to do a Plank Challenge for April.  Plank a day for the month progressively getting longer.

Who will join either challenge with me?  Grain-free?  Plank a day?  I would love to have some company!

    I don’t think I could ever give up popcorn. It’s probably my most favorite food.
