This winter went by fast and we’ve had some excellent spring weather.
We have some exciting (tough!) events coming up and I’m all over the map with my training. I haven’t been able to settle on a good plan. I’ve been active consistently but need to be more intentional with runs and bike rides.
A couple of weeks ago was another trail run. We did 10 miles and felt pretty good.
Next up is the recap of the year’s first 12 hours Adventure Race.
